Orders placed directly through Acorn & Shopatron

Estimated delivery times are based on order processing and packing time (typically 48-72 business hours) plus shipping time.

Orders placed directly with Acorn ship from Long Beach, California via UPS Ground. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $7.99. Typical shipping time is approximately 3-5 business (week) days.

Note that orders placed between 10 a.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday EST will not be processed until Monday morning.

Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify your order. You may opt to return the purchase once you receive it.
 
Once you place an order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation number from Shopatron. You can track the status of your order by logging into your Shopatron account. 
 
Currently, we do not ship internationally or to PO or APO boxes. Tax will be added to purchases made by Maine and California residents.
